Saint-Honoré
Renovation of an apartment with a loft space in the 1st arrondissement of Paris. A two-bedroom flat turned into a duplex, with the loft converted. Working alongside an interior architect, we converted the loft while keeping the full ceiling height over the kitchen and dining area to create a loft-like effect. The result: an unusual space in one of the smartest districts in Paris. Main works: demolition, new partition walls and floors, joinery, bespoke kitchen, replacement windows and parquet flooring. Cost: €85,000.

Tuileries
Partial renovation of a duplex apartment in the highly sought-after Tuileries district. Just 50 metres from the gardens, a large-scale project carried out with an interior architect, with the loft completely rethought to turn the property into something exceptional. Main works: a contemporary bathroom in off-white zellige tiles with basalt basins, three bedrooms created and wallpapered, oak parquet, dry lining and acoustic insulation, a fully bespoke kitchen and repainting throughout. We also built a made-to-measure fireplace with a metalworker, fully welded from the hearth up to the roof flue: a real challenge in both design and scheduling. Cost: €200,000.

Villa Dancourt
A one-bedroom flat reconfigured into a two-bedroom in the 18th arrondissement. The challenge here was to add a room within a restricted floor area, making the most of every space while staying within the clients' budget. Main works: partial floor renovation, new partition walls and a false ceiling, a new kitchen, a new bathroom and bespoke storage. Cost: €57,000.

Rue Saint-Maur
Complete renovation of a duplex in the 11th arrondissement. The two levels were swapped to give a larger dual-aspect living space and a sheltered sleeping area, on a charming Paris passage. Main works: floors reworked with a floated concrete finish, bespoke kitchen, restoration of the exposed beams and repainting of the walls. Cost: €97,000.

Rue Bochart de Saron
Complete renovation of a one-bedroom apartment on rue Bochart de Saron, in the 9th arrondissement. The client wanted a full renovation and, with our guidance, we tailored the works to her budget. As the apartment is slightly irregular in shape, it was a real challenge for our joiner: almost all the furniture and storage was made to measure. After protecting the site and demolition, we installed the new plumbing network and the partition walls following the architect's plan, restored the parquet (sanding and sealing) and brought the whole electrical installation up to standard. Cost: €37,000.
